Just Compost started with the intention of reducing greenhouse gases by collecting organics and creating ways everyday people can get involved with the movement. We are defenders of the planet, the voice for the voiceless and mediators for nature. Our founder has always been a passionate environmentalist who would go out of her way to recycle her compost amongst other recycling such as textiles and electronics. We feel there is so much more we can do as individuals, all we need are the right tools. We began to research and found out 17% of the trash that gets disposed was recyclable compost leading us to start a service to collect from neighbors and local businesses.
